“I am currently a patient at CCTC and I absolutely love this clinic! The receptionist is amazing; by far the best! The nurses are all so helpful and caring and the counselors are great and really care about us! My counselor Bernie [Reeves] is the absolute best counselor I’ve had in treatment! I’ve been to a few different [Medication-Assisted Treatment] MAT clinics [and] had a few different counselors and I can’t explain how he is so genuinely caring!
Even if you just need to vent, he actually sits there and LISTENS. You can tell, hear and see that he cares and he’s paying attention. It’s not like some counselors: they just look elsewhere, do something on their computer as you’re crying or just sit there staring at you blankly and nod their head!
